Zamfara top bandit Commander, Kachalla Mai Shayi, killed.

Kachalla Mai Shayi was said to have been killed alongside 12 of his followers.

A Lake Chad Basin counterterrorism and insurgency expert, Zagazola Makama, disclosed the development in a post on his X handle on Monday

According to him, Kachalla Mai Shayi, a notorious and fearsome was killed by members of rival gangs.

He was reportedly killed alongside a dozen of his followers by cohorts of the slain bandit kingpin, Kachalla Nagala.

The incident was said to have happened between the villages of Buroyi and Buzaya, near Sangerawa in Bini district, Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State. Vitalnews
